KHAITE offers complimentary returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Attach the Label

Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
